Each booking must be arranged directly between the parties, namely the users and advertisers of the site. We have no knowledge of or responsibility for any agreements made between them. We do not recommend paying the full amount in advance, though it is common for advertisers to request a deposit to secure a booking. However, the site holds no responsibility for any potential refunds.
Compliments or complaints regarding a service should be addressed directly to the advertiser in question. We are not involved in any disputes related to service quality. All advertisers are independent. We are never aware of any agreements regarding fees, duration, or specific arrangements made between the parties.
We reserve the right to refuse any advertiser who does not comply with our site policies. If an advertiser violates any policy, their ad will be cancelled without a refund. However, the vast majority of advertisers on our platform meet the strict requirements necessary to be listed. To verify that the advertiser is the one renewing their ad after initial registration, we only accept payments directly from the advertiser’s own account.
We may refuse any advertiser who receives excessive complaints from users, damaging the reputation of our site. This includes situations such as receiving a deposit and failing to attend a booking, or any other conduct that may harm the site’s reputation. We are not involved in disputes between parties, and any issues must be resolved directly between them without site interference.
We do not accept beginner advertisers—only those with prior experience as escorts. All advertisers have provided valid identification and authorised the publication of their material, along with their contact details, for the creation of their ads. We do not engage with agencies or intermediaries, only with advertisers directly. We have no control over or responsibility for any potential unauthorised use of an advertiser’s material by third parties.
We are not an agency—we are simply a platform where advertisers publish their profiles. It should be clear that site users are not clients of the site but users of the Irish Vips Classifieds Platform.
